うつわ祥見 KAMAKURAの本店。白と黒を基調としたモノトーンの空間で、月に一度のペースで作家の個展を開催いたします。
2025年秋、小町通りから移転しました。鎌倉駅西口からトンネルをくぐり、大仏へ向かう道の途中にあります。
うつわを愛することは日々を愛すること。人の手に包まれる素朴で美しいうつわを伝えてまいります。

Utsuwa Shoken KAMAKURA's flagship gallery. In a monochrome space dominated by black and white, we host solo exhibitions by artists approximately once a month.
We relocated from Komachi Street in the fall of 2025. We are located along the path heading toward the Great Buddha, after passing through the tunnel from Kamakura Station's West Exit.
We will continue to share these simple, beautiful vessels, cradled in human hands.

「うつわ祥見 KAMAKURA 扇ヶ谷」は喧騒を離れ静かに佇む一軒家のギャラリーです。
扇ガ谷(おうぎがやつ)は鎌倉の歴史に残る地名で、寿福寺や海蔵寺、浄光明寺などの名刹がございます。
うつわ祥見 KAMAKURA 扇ヶ谷は不定期にオープンするギャラリーとなります。

'Utsuwa Shoken KAMAKURA Ogigayatsu' is a gallery in a quiet house away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Ogigayatsu is the name of a place in the history of Kamakura, with famous temples such as Jufukuji, Kaizoji and Jokomyoji.
The Utsuwa Shoken KAMAKURA Ogigayatsu is a gallery that opens irregularly.


鎌倉駅西口・御成通りに構える常設店。木を基調とした温もりある店内では、土ものや染め付け、漆器など、暮らしのそばで使い手に寄り添う日々のうつわをご紹介しています。毎月、作家の個展を開催しているほか、通りを行き交う日常のなかで路面店ならではの偶然の、うつわと人の幸福な出会いも多く生まれています。店名には、うつわが人のそばにいてほしい、という願いが込められています。うつわ祥見の原点とも言える店です。

A permanent store located on Onari Street at the west exit of Kamakura Station. Here, we introduce everyday Utsuwa that accompany daily life, including earthenware, blue and white porcelain, and lacquerware. In addition to hosting exhibitions every month, this street-level store creates many serendipitous, encounters between Utsuwa and people passing by. The store's name reflects our wish for Utsuwa to be close to people. This store can be considered the origin of Utsuwa Shoken.

静岡県伊豆半島、緑豊かな伊豆高原に建つ予約制のギャラリー。2020年にオープン。建築家・山田誠一氏の設計は中庸をテーマとし、自然に溶け込む唯一無二の空間となりました。特別な時間が流れるなかで、作品をゆっくりとご覧いただけます。グランドオープンには村上躍展を開催、これまでに木彫家・クロヌマタカトシ、和紙作家・ハタノワタルなど、空間を生かした厳選した展覧会を開催しています。

A reservation-only gallery located in the lush, green Izu Highlands of the Izu Peninsula, Shizuoka Prefecture. Opened in 2020, it was designed by architect Seiichi Yamada with a theme of moderation, resulting in a space that blends seamlessly with nature. In this special, serene atmosphere, visitors can take their time to appreciate the artworks. The grand opening featured an exhibition by Yaku Murakami, and since then, we have hosted curated exhibitions that make full use of the space, including works by wood sculptor Takatoshi Kuronuma and washi paper artist Wataru Hatano.
