Shingo Arakawa solo exhibition at SHOKEN IZU

We will be holding the Shingo Arakawa Exhibition at SHOKEN IZU. Shingo Arakawa creates free pottery interpretations, untethered by conventions, that unravel ancient codes. Constantly seeking and challenging new possibilities, this exhibition will showcase his latest works in the unique space of SHOKEN IZU.

The exhibition will be held from May 13th (Sat) to May 18th (Thu), 2023, and requires advance reservations with time slots available at 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, and 16:00. To ensure a leisurely viewing experience, reservations can be made through the official website or the designated email address. Please provide your preferred date and time, name, number of people, contact phone number for the day of the visit, and transportation method when making a reservation. Note that reservations may not be guaranteed due to limited capacity.

Access to SHOKEN IZU can be made by a 12-minute walk from Jogasaki Kaigan Station or a 6-minute taxi ride from Izu Kogen Station on the Izu Kyuko Line. The venue also has parking available for two cars.
